Refund policy

Exchanges and refunds are accepted within 14 days of receiving the order. Items must be in their original condition as received with its original label intact. Delivery fees are non refundable. It’s not allowed to open the package during delivery.

- Items on sale cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Exchange fees are 100 EGP and refunds are for 200 EGP.
